    RECURRING CLEANING QUESTION

    DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?–+

    Contracts are for cleaners who lack confidence in their services – we want to earn your business every cleaning. We make hiring a cleaning service simple. You can cancel your recurring services at anytime. Just be sure to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning to avoid any fees.

    Nope. That’s the beauty of our services. Go do what you want! Your home will be clean when you get back. Just leave us access instructions and we’ll take care of the rest.

    You can set up your recurring cleanings on a weekly, every other week, or monthly schedule. The more frequent we clean, the less expensive the cleaning. Unfortunately we do not offer every 3 weeks. It completely throws off our schedule and wouldn’t allow us to send the same cleaner to your cleaning every time.

    Life happens. We understand if you ever need to skip one of your recurring cleanings. When a recurring cleaning is skipped, additional time will be necessary to return your home to our standard and there will be an increased, one-time fee for the additional time needed.

    we believe in quality and consistency. For recurring cleanings, you’ll get the same professional(s). If there’s ever a schedule conflict, then we’ll let you know and you can make the decision if you’d like for us to send an equally awesome team member or reschedule for another time.

    While all of our team members “must love dogs (and cats),” we do request that you secure your furry family members inside or outside of your home in order for our team to have the freedom to work more efficiently.
